Karin Baumann-Garcia's practice focuses on advising companies, shareholders and boards on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, incorporation and general corporate matters. She also assists her clients with corporate housekeeping and drafts shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements and cooperation agreements.
